El Departamento de salud de Florida investiga la posible violación de la ley que prohíbe pedir prueba de vacunación en establecimientos públicos.
Más de 100 empresas, incluyendo algunas en Orlando, podrían ser multadas por pedir pruebas de vacunación a sus empleados y/o clientes.

Según el departamento de Florida la ley prohíbe a las siguientes entidades exigir documentación de la vacunación COVID-19 o la prueba de recuperación posterior a la infección:
- Una empresa no puede exigir a los usuarios o clientes que proporcionen ninguna documentación que certifique la vacunación contra COVID-19 o la recuperación posterior a la infección para obtener acceso, entrada o servicio de las operaciones comerciales.
- Un gobierno no puede exigir que las personas proporcionen ninguna documentación que certifique la vacunación contra COVID-19 o la recuperación posterior a la infección para obtener acceso, entrada o servicio de las operaciones gubernamentales.
- Una institución educativa no puede exigir a los estudiantes o residentes que proporcionen ninguna documentación que certifique la vacunación COVID-19 o la recuperación posterior a la infección para la asistencia o inscripción, o para obtener acceso, ingreso o servicio de dicha institución educativa.
Entre las entidades bajo investigación se encuentran el condado Orange, Amway Center, House of Blues, Plaza Live, AdventHealth entre otros.
